Refund policy

If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receipt to discuss return, refund or exchange options.

Returns or exchanges must be approved PRIOR to their shipment back to me. I may require photos of the original condition of items being returned. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to me and found in its original condition. I must receive the item back within 30 days. 

Refunds will be issued only on the initial payment method used. 

Custom orders and final sale items are NOT returnable, refundable or exchangable. 

In the event of a return or exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping price paid for the item will not be refunded. A restocking fee may also be applicable (and will be deducted from the final refunded amount).
